STEP 2: ENROLMENT
You will require Acrobat Reader to download the below forms. This program can be downloaded free from Adobe's web-site.
Complete, sign and fax the ENROLLMENT FORM (PDF) to 1-416-925-5990.

STEP 3: PAYMENT
A) If enrolling within 45 days of your start date, FULL payment is due.
B) If enrolling outside 45 days, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. (If your program is less than $3000, deposit is $300. If your program is over $3000, deposit is 10% of fees.)

HOW TO PAY USING YOUR CREDIT CARD:
A). By FAX. Please complete, sign and fax the CREDIT CARD FORM (PDF) with the ENROLLMENT FORM (PDF) to: 1-416-925-5990.
B). Online Secure Payment: (To be used for $300 deposit only) Note: If you use this method, please indicate "paid deposit online" on enrolment.

IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ: We use a secure online credit card processor to authorize your credit card payment. This company is called Internet Secure and our account is processed through Alderly Group Marketing Inc. which is a certified Internet Secure merchant. All credit cards presented to Internet Secure are securely directed to the financial institution that issued the credit card, no matter where in the world. You the customer are notified of approval or decline within 15 to 30 seconds depending on your Internet connection. If you would like to pay using this method, please click on the button below.

Privacy Policy: All information collected by Languages Abroad will be kept confidential within our organization and will only be used for completing your order.
Please Note: We cannot accept cards that are Debit/Credit cards or cards that put a hold on certain funds before being approved, as our approval system functions instantaneously.
We will accept a maximum payment on your credit card of $3000. If your program exceeds this amount we ask that the balance be paid using multiple credit card, certified check, money order or bank transfer. Please contact us for assistance.

STEP 4: IF UNDER 18 YEARS OLD your parent/ guardian must sign our UNDER 18 WAIVER FORM (PDF)

We normally confirm your program within 3 - 5 business days, by phone and / or by email. Once confirmed, you are free to arrange flights/ travel to and from the program.
Please do NOT pay for any flights / transportation until we have confirmed your program!
Once confirmed our standard cancellation policy / terms & conditions will apply.

If you have enrolled with FULL PAYMENT:
Our Operations Department will email you your pre departure information package and any additional details, as soon as possible. Please check your email inbox and "junkmail" box regularly for this information.(NOTE: some email programs may recognize this as "junk mail".)

Your travel and arrival details:
As soon as you confirm your travel arrangements, please email all flight/ train numbers/ dates/ times to our operations department. We MUST receive this information NO LATER than 2 weeks prior to your start date!

Your accommodation details:
We will receive your accommodation details from the school approximately 2 weeks prior to your start date, and forward them to you as soon as possible.
