To ENROLL in any of our programs, we require the following from each participant:

1: A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 to apply for any program!
You can pay your deposit or full program using the following credit cards: Discover, Visa, MasterCard & American Express. We also accept payment by money transfers, check or money orders.
NOTES:
a) Should the total cost of your program exceed $3000.00, a deposit of 10% of your fees will be requested instead of the normal $200.00 deposit.
b) The full payment of the program fees are due no later than 45 days before the program start date.
c) For programs booked less than 45 days prior to the program start date, the entire program fee plus the late booking fee is due at time of booking.
d) Your $200.00 deposit will be returned to you if we cannot enroll you in your chosen program!.
e) To ensure space in a program, it is important to register as early as possible, especially for summer programs!
f) Please note all payments must be made to Languages Abroad (TeenagersAbroad.com is a division of Languages Abroad).

2: We require the following FORMS to be signed upon enrollment

a) ENROLLMENT FORM: All participants must complete, sign and fax this form to enroll in a program. Proof of deposit/full payment must also accompany this enrollment form. Click here to download ENROLLMENT FORM.

b) CREDIT CARD FORM: If you plan to pay your deposit or full program fees using your credit card, please complete, sign and fax this form along with the above enrollment form. Click here to download CREDIT CARD FORM.

c) UNDER AGE WAIVER FORM: If you are under the age of 18 and applying for a program, a parent or guardian must also complete and sign this form. If you plan to pay your deposit or full program fees using your credit card, please complete, sign and fax this form along with the above enrollment form. 3: Please read carefully our “TERMS & CONDITIONS” before enrolling in a program.
Once Languages Abroad accepts your enrollment and deposit, a contract is made between Languages Abroad and you! Please read carefully and understand our Terms and Conditions before enrolling and do not hesitate to call us should you have any questions. Click here to view our TERMS & CONDITIONS

4: You are NOW ready to enroll in a program!
To enroll you have the following options, please select the option best for you!

5: What to expect once you have enrolled in a program!
a) We normally confirm your enrollment within 3-5 business days (in many cases earlier). As soon as we receive confirmation of your enrollment, we will contact you.

You will receive a phone call from us and if we cannot reach you by phone, a follow-up email will be sent to you from our office to confirm your program. Once confirmed, please go ahead and book the flights to co-ordinate with your program start and end dates.

IMPORTANT: Please do not book/pay for any flights or ground transportation to the school location until we have confirmed your program!

From your confirmation date forward, any program changes/cancellations you make, will result in fees being charged to you, as per our Terms and Conditions.

b) If you have only paid your DEPOSIT ($200.00) with your enrollment form:

We will expect full payment no later than 45 days prior to your program start date. Please see the section on credit card payments for details on how to make final payment. Once we have received your full payment, Languages Abroad will email you your pre departure information package and any additional details, immediately.

c) If you have paid your program IN FULL with your enrollment form:

Our Operations Department will email you your pre departure information package and any additional details, immediately. Please check the inbox of your email program for this email, as some email programs (ie. hotmail) may not recognize our company name through any filters you have set and may automatically place this vital information in your "junk" mail box!

d) Your travel and arrival details:

As soon as you confirm your travel arrangements, please send all flight or train numbers/dates/times to our operations department via e-mail. We must have these travel details, no later than two weeks before the program start date, so we can inform your school and they can prepare for your arrival.

e) Your accommodation details:

Approx. two weeks to 10 days prior to your program start date, we will receive your accommodation details from the school and forward them to you.
