Accommodation Options

The school residence is situated within a 20-30 minute walking distance from the school and 20 minutes from the Havana city center. We provide a free shuttle service from the residence on a daily basis. Each apartment is fully furnished with a bathroom, lounge/living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

José Martí International Airport is a breezy 15 minute drive from the residence, and a taxi to the city center costs roughly 10 CUC. The residence has swimming pools, restaurants and bars, as well as a cafeteria and a swim up pool bar. As a resident, you will also be granted  access to a small beach, leisure and sports facilities, gym, sauna, diving courses, along with several other activities and amenities.

If you’re looking for a more immersive experience in Cuban culture and the Spanish language as well as practical experience, homestay is for you. Host families are carefully selected and visited regularly to ensure that they meet the required quality standards. We only choose quality families who have a genuine interest in international exchange and helping you learn during your stay. Many families live near the school, however, as Havana is very spread out in some areas, commute time can vary.
