The Republic of Poland is located in Central Europe and, in addition to its capital, Warsaw, it offers several attractive urban destinations, areas of natural beauty and historical monuments for tourists to enjoy. The country is home to many stunning buildings, from Branicki Palace and the impressive St. Mary’s Church to Łazienki Palace and Lublin Castle. Poland also has a diverse landscape, with several lake districts and wide river valleys as well as the Błędów Desert, located in the south of the country.

Poland has contributed significantly to the worlds of literature and poetry, and the well-known composer, Chopin, was born there. Traditional Polish folk music also remains popular within the country. The Polish cuisine includes much meat and vegetables, as well as spices and pasta. Why not try Gołąbki when visiting the country? These strange-sounding yet delicious cabbage rolls contain minced meat and sometimes rice with tomato sauce.
