“It was a typical Japanese home which was perfect got a real experience from the start. My host family was amazing and super sweet. The food was great a traditional, I even picked up some recipes! It was very impressive. The instruction was clear and fun. My teacher, Yasuko, spoke perfect English but made me speak Japanese for my benefit.

Besides my three hours of class, I learned more Japanese speaking with her and her husband. I couldn t be more pleased with my Japanese skill at this moment because of all my hard work. My Live and Learn Program was, for me, the start of mentality. I never knew for sure if I wanted to take Japanese even more seriously but after having a great time I couldn t be more thrilled to continue strengthening my Japanese!”
