We offer this unique way to learn German in Switzerland, studying and living in the home of your own personal teacher. We offer a choice of 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 hours of personal teaching per week plus 3 meals daily. Programs are suitable for any age of student and all levels of language skills.
About Switzerland
Switzerland is a country located in Western Europe, where it’s bordered by Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, France and Italy. What it is perhaps most famous for are its beautiful mountains - reason enough to learn German in Switzerland.
The country’s Alps contain large glaciers and it has many lakes and rivers. Towards the south, where the Italian language is more prevalent, the climate is almost Mediterranean. The summer weather is ideal for hiking and during the winter, snowy yet frequently sunny weather attracts many tourists to the mountains.
Despite sharing three European languages with other countries, Switzerland has many traditions. Alongside fine chocolate, cheese, and the world famous Swiss fondue you'll also be learning German! There's definitely more than enough great food to try as you learn German in Switzerland.
