Living with a local host family is the most effective way to get a totally immersive Italian experience. Homestays give students plenty of opportunities to practice their new language skills. All of our host families are carefully selected and receive regular visits to make sure they're keeping up with the school's quality standards. All homestays are located in the centre of the city, in the Ortigia, Neaopolis, and Akradina areas, and are usually about 10 minutes away from the school by bus or bicycle.

All of our shared apartments are within walking distance of the school, in the Ortygia, Akradina, or Neapolis districts. We have two, three, and four bedroom apartments, and we guarantee that none of the apartments are more than 10 minutes away. We always room students with different first languages together unless the student specifically requests otherwise. This is one of the best ways to encourage students to practice their Italian outside of class.

This option is ideal for mature students or students seeking maximum privacy. We offer bachelor-style apartments, fully equipped with a kitchen, living room, and private bathroom. These apartments are self-catering.
