Study Dutch in the Home of Your Own Private Teacher in Belgium

Belgium is a small but enchanting country with three official languages – French, German, and (of course) Dutch! This delightful country has incredible architecture, picturesque canals, impressive museums, charming outdoor cafes, delicious food, idyllic countryside, and much more! We`re happy to offer the immersive Live & Learn program in two great Belgian cities, Brussels and Antwerp.

Brussels is at the centre of the European Union. This cosmopolitan city is known for its delicious and imaginatively prepared cuisine (chocolate, waffles, craft beers, fries, fresh seafood, Brussels Sprouts, etc.), incredible festivals, and cheerful markets. Here you`ll find many magical Christmas markets and the largest design market in all of Europe.  Besides having a variety of delightful attractions within the city, Brussels is also the perfect hub for day trips.

Antwerp has a rich and storied history. Here you`ll find lots of historic buildings and compelling museums, containing many masterpieces, mainly from the 15th to 17th century. In recent years Antwerp has become a trendy city, attracting artist (both Flemish and foreign), writers, academics, and actors. It`s also one of the world`s fashion capitals! This dynamic city offers the perfect mix of history and contemporary Belgian life.

The Live & Learn program offers you a unique and exciting way to experience this charming country. Your host family will be able to recommend particular places of interest as they get to know you personally through your private and customized Dutch lessons. Experience Belgium`s breathtaking beauty and cheerful culture while you learn Dutch abroad!

We also offer this opportunity to learn Dutch in the home of your own personal teacher in the Netherlands. Alternatively, check out our full list of Live & Learn destinations.
